The musical influences of those involved in We Are Here have helped to shape the sounds in the UK today. We asked those participating in the project to share their favourite songs and artists and have compiled a selection of music that ranges from calypso, ska and reggae to traditional folk songs, country, blues, soul and gospel. The soundtrack plays in the exhibition – here’s a sample for you to enjoy.
